Terms of Service

Last updated June 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of The Family Brain. They're written to be readable, not to bury anything — if something here doesn't make sense, email [email protected] and we'll explain. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Who can use The Family Brain

You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. The Family Brain is a tool for parents and adult household members; it isn't intended for use by children, and children don't get accounts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. Keep your billing and contact details current so your briefings reach you.

What the service does

The Family Brain reads the email you forward and the calendars you connect, and turns them into briefings, reminders, and answers to your questions. We work hard to be accurate, but the service is an assistant, not a substitute for your own judgment — always confirm important dates, deadlines, and details from the original source.

Your content

The information you forward or connect stays yours. You give us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Plans, billing, and trials

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by trying to break or overload it, access other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Cancellation and ending your account

You can close your account at any time, and we can suspend or end an account that violates these terms. To delete your account and data, see the Privacy Policy.

Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep The Family Brain running reliably, but we provide the service "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above and let you know by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
